Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-09

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the PROTUE SaaS platform, provided by Bluix Group LTD (United Kingdom), by professional organisations (associations, cooperatives, pharmacies, public bodies — the Customer). PROTUE is a B2B service: registration is reserved to organisations, not consumers.

2. The service

PROTUE is a multi-tenant platform for medical transport, home care, telemedicine, pharmacies, documents and networked collaboration between organisations (hub & spoke). Available modules depend on the subscribed plan. The Customer remains the sole controller of the data it uploads; processing on its behalf is governed by the DPA (Art. 28 GDPR agreement) supplementing these terms.

3. Accounts

Registration requires accurate and complete information. The Customer is responsible for safeguarding its users' credentials and for their use. Any unauthorised use must be reported without delay to info@protue.com.

4. Plans, prices and payments

  • Current plans and prices are published on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe; Creem as merchant of record where active). We do not store full card data.
  • Free trials carry no commitment; at the end of the trial, the service continues only upon subscribing to a plan.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades from the next billing period.

5. Customer obligations

The Customer shall: (a) use the platform in compliance with applicable law, including healthcare and data protection rules; (b) provide the required legal bases and notices to its own users; (c) not attempt to access other tenants' data; (d) not resell the service without written agreement.

6. Service levels and support

Availability target: 99.9% monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible). Daily encrypted backups. Support channels and response times depend on the subscribed plan.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend the service in case of non-payment, breach of these terms or security risk, with prior notice where practicable. Upon termination the Customer may export its data; after 60 days data is securely deleted, subject to legal obligations.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bluix Group LTD's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable to the Customer. The parties will attempt amicable resolution before resorting to the competent courts.
