How is health data (Art. 9) protected?

Encryption in transit and at rest, documents encrypted with per-tenant keys, full isolation between organisations, role-based access with MFA, auditing of every access and daily encrypted backups. Servers are exclusively in the European Union.

Who is the controller of our users' data?

Your organisation: PROTUE acts as processor under Art. 28 GDPR, based on a DPA included in the contract. We process data only on your instructions and return or delete it at termination.

Platform

Each organisation (spoke) stays fully independent with its own data, users and brand. The hub is the orchestration layer: when a ride or request exceeds an association's capacity, it is offered to network partners, with transparent network rules, referrals and reporting.

Medical transport and dispatch, hub & spoke marketplace, home care, telemedicine with AI Scribe, pharmacies and orders, medical supplies, equipment, document vault, labour marketplace, analytics, video conferencing and a showcase CMS. Each plan enables a subset of modules: you pay only for what you need.

Yes: the platform exposes RESTful APIs and webhooks for two-way integrations. For specific needs we can evaluate dedicated connectors.

Workers (nurses, care assistants, home helpers, educators) create a profile with identity verified via SPID/CIE and publish availability and rates. Organisations search and hire within their own network or across the marketplace, knowing that people are who they claim to be.

Four public plans: Base €49/month, Professional €99/month, Enterprise €199/month, Enterprise+ €349/month (VAT excluded). The yearly plan costs 10 monthly instalments: two months free. Full details on the pricing page.

Yes: 14 days on Base, Professional and Enterprise, 30 days on Enterprise+. No commitment: at the end you decide whether to subscribe.

Upgrades are immediate with no interruption. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No long-term commitments.

Security & GDPR

White-label

Yes: from the Professional plan the webapp is white-label with your logo, colours and custom domain. Enterprise adds a dedicated native app; with Enterprise+ the app is published on your organisation's Apple/Google accounts.
